2025 Civil Liability Update: Use of Force & More

The South Bay Police Training Committee is proud to host this one day civil liability update seminar. This seminar is focused on use of force related issues and is presented by Attorney Missy O’Linn. Attorney O’Linn is an Equity Partner with Manning & Kass and is a recipient of the California POST Lifetime Achievement Award for Excellence in Law Enforcement Training. Her presentation draws on her law enforcement experience and almost 40 years as a lawyer representing law enforcement to help agencies to take pro-active measures to curb the negative and costly aftermath of critical incidents.
