The 2025 Miami Gardens Fitness Challenge begins on Saturday, January 4, 2025 at 8 AM.

The kick-off ceremony and health fair will occur at Betty T. Ferguson Recreational Complex with a morning of workouts, health assessments, and a healthy eating/cooking demo.

The challenge will continue with weekly workouts from January 8 - February 20 and will culminate with a finale event on Saturday, February 20, 2024, at 8 AM.
