2025 Childbirth Class Series

The three-week series will be offered in-person once a week. Please try to attend a series a few months before your delivery date.

This series of three classes is designed to prepare the expectant mother and her support person for labor and delivery. Updated relaxation, breathing techniques, and childbirth trends will be presented by certified childbirth educators.

Registration includes the mother and one support person.

Each class will meet on the lower level of the Medical Office Building (MOB) which is most easily accessed from the Main Entrance. Classes are scheduled from 6:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.

Please dress in comfortable layers. You are welcome to bring a drink and/or snack as well.

• Series 1: January 2, 9, 16
• Series 2: January 30, February 6, 13
• Series 3: February 27, March 6, 13
• Series 4: April 3, 10, 17
• Series 5: May 8, 15, 22
• Series 6: August 21, 28, September 4
• Series 7: September 11, 18, 25
• Series 8: October 9, 16, 23
• Series 9: November 6, 13, 20
