Experience the iconic rolling hills of Cherrylake’s 1,100 acre farm with the 2023 Farm Races presented by Orlando Health South Lake Hospital. This unique race, located right outside of Clermont, Florida has clay running terrains traversing natural lakes and endless rows of trees, and the cycling event connects to the eminent Cherry Lake Road course. Choose from either a duathlon, 5k or 10k. Proceeds benefit Lake County School Agriculture programs and a tree is planted in honor of each participant.Cherrylake is a 2nd generation, working family farm that grows ornamental trees and provides landscape construction and maintenance services in Central Florida. Many locals experience the striking views of 1,100 acres of tree lined hills and natural ponds from the farm’s perimeter on Cherry Lake Road, a popular cycling destination. The Farm Races are a rare opportunity to dive into the heart of this local farm and experience its beauty in a whole new way.
