REMINDER‼️‼️Deadline for Rooms with Sega Discounts and Tickets for Banquet approaching 1/4/26. It’s only 16 Rooms left and it has been 54 rooms reserved as of 12/17/25 but I still need many of you that have reserved rooms or cabins to please purchase your tickets before 1/4/26 because we need to have a count for the Caterer for the sit down dinner please.
ALSO WE WILL BE HAVING SEVERAL DRAWINGS FOR RACERS ONLY THAT YOU MUST BE PRESENT TO WIN.

The 2025 Southeast Gassers Associationon World Championship Banquet will be held on Saturday January 24th at the Ramsey Hotel and Convention Center. Please Read Below for Complete Details!

For Room Reservations with Sega Discount call Front Desk at the Ramsey. Rooms must be booked by December 1st to receive the Sega discount and from what I heard today the rooms are going fast so please book so you don’t miss out being around and a part of a great atmosphere.

Tickets and Cost:
We plan to have a Sit Down Buffet Style Dinner that everyone should be Happy with and the Cost will be $40.00 Per Person with Non Alcoholic Beverages included. This cost also covers the Karaoke DJ following the Banquet.
Sega World Champions, their Spouses,Sega Employees and Spouses will be Paid for by Sega. Everyone must be Paid and on the list to Attend.
