Abstract
For many people public speaking is their greatest fear. In this presentation we cover strategies to
turn presentation fear into confidence.
Learning Objectives
In this session the participants will learn:
- Strategies to overcome the psychological fear of presenting
- Managing your physiological response to fear
- Projecting confidence through your physical and vocal presence
- How to confidently present to executives
Speaker Bio
Justin Strong is the Principal at Strong Communications and former senior product manager and instructor of presentation skills at Western Digital.
With over 25 years of experience in product management and presentations within the technology industry, Justin is a subject matter expert, skilled in communication and data storytelling. He has taught and coached presenters of all experience levels from newbies to seasoned keynote and TED presenters.
His passion is teaching and coaching finance and technology professionals to deliver exceptional presentations.

Dawei Feng
VP, Intel
Abstract
Dawei Feng is currently VP/GM of Intel’s PC Client Business, who had years of enterprise sales leadership experiences. In this session, he’ll introduce key soft and business skills for sales professionals and apply them for career development purposes. Dawei has been delivering this open class for years in many communities with overwhelmingly positive responses. He is very excited to share with this audience.
Speaker Bio
Dawei Feng is currently Vice President in Intel's Client Computing Group, and General Manager of PC Business Unit, his team is responsible for Intel' Client Computing revenue and global product marketing strategy. His team works very closely with the top industry partners and customers around the globe. Dawei joined Intel China in 2003 before he moved to the US in 2011, after which he has been in various Sales & Marketing leadership positions. Dawei has been Advisor to multiple startups in the Silicon Valley since 2014. Dawei joined Linghang Lighthouse Program as a Mentor since 2017.
