2025 CASA Walk for a Child

Thank you for your interest in participating in CASA for Kids, Washington County’s Walk for a Child.

CASA for Kids, Washington is a local, non-profit organization that trains community members to become Court Appointed Special Advocates who will speak up for the best interest of abused and neglected children in the Courts of Washington County, PA.

On average, providing advocacy costs $2,000 per year per child. Join us in walking ONE mile, which equates to 2,000 steps. $1 for every step you take during the walk.

Invite your friends, family and colleagues to attend for some family fun. There will be face painting, DJ, Raffles and more!

We encourage participants to decorate their walking shoes with flair like fun laces or pom poms and walk the mile with style! You’ll be entered into our Decorate Your Shoes Contest. First place will win a special prize!

REGISTRATION!

All attendees must register individually online prior to the walk.

The suggested donation is $25 for the event. No donation is expected for children under 12, but they must be registered and accompanied by an adult. T-shirts will be given to all participants.

CASA CHAMPIONS

Register a team of eight to champion our walk, receive special recognition, and be entered for an exclusive drawing.
