2025 Careers in Gear Event

Rogue Workforce Partnership is proud to present the 2025 Careers in Gear event aimed to inspire and ignite the next workforce generation!Join us on Thursday, April 24th, 2025 at the Jackson County Expo for an immersive and impactful event with over 2,000 highschool students in attendance. Careers in Gear is not your typical Job Fair. We invite you to bring employees with the hands-on, boots on the ground, most engaging jobs to share about the career opportunities that exist right here in Southern Oregon.

The event will run from 9:00am to 2:00pm and exhibitors will have the option to set up the day prior to the event (April 23rd).
