O H, YES YOU CAN! A fun and educational canning class series. Classes offered include:
January 25 -- Canning 101: Lecture on Water Bath & Pressure Canning (Limit 40) -- $15.00
February 23 -- Steam Canning (Limit 25) -- $35.00
March 8 -- Pressure Canning - Meats (Limit 25) -- $45.00
March 29 -- Dehydration (Limit 25) -- $35.00
May 3 -- Sourdough (Limit 25) -- $35.00
May 17 -- Fermentation (Limit 25) -- $35.00
June 21 -- T omatoes: Under Pressure (Limit 25) -- $35.00
July 26 -- Ready, Set, Sell! Cottage Food Laws: Food Handler Certification (Limit 25) -- $35.00
September 13 -- James & Jellies (Limit 25) -- $35.00
