About this Event
Every year, members say the Annual Grantee Celebration is a highlight of the BWGC calendar because they interact with and hear from the grantees directly. We will showcase the five organizations who received 2024 grants for the 2025 calendar year - Boolean Girl, Pink Space Theory, Space of Her Own, Sustainability Matters, and Year Up United. A total of $75,000 in grants for 2024 has been awarded to these local nonprofit organizations that provide STEM, Leadership, Entrepreneurship, and Mentorship programs to girls and young women in Northern Virginia.
Members, donors, community partners, and the public are welcome to attend and learn about the grantees and how they are making a difference in Northern Virginia. This event is always a great opportunity to network as we celebrate the impact BWGC continues to make in the community. Engage in meaningful conversation, ask questions, obtain a deeper understanding of the grant programs, and learn about volunteer opportunities.
With the 2024 awards, BWGC has donated more than $610,000 in grants that have impacted the lives of over 3,600 girls and young women in the region. Learn more here.
Please RSVP no later than February 4, 2025.
