Steven's real estate career began in 1999. Over the years, he has served on the Greater Idaho Falls Association of Realtors board including the role of President in 2008. Steven is currently the CEO of Keller Williams Realty East Idaho (sold in excess of $1Billion for multiple years). His passion in real estate is to help mentor and coach agents and others into achieving their goals and a personal best life.

Steven's passion for excellence, personal development, and traininghas taken him to stages in over 25 countries around the world where he has trained with thelikes of Jack Canfield, Larry King, various NBA and NFL players, Olympic medalists,and was even selected to present an award to a Nobel Prize winner (Louis Ignarro) at aPre-Oscar party in Hollywood. Steven was a key executive in an international marketing company that grew from a startup to levels that ranked it well within the top 100 marketing companies in the world, with sales in over 50 countries.

Some of his other accomplishments include a US Patent, Author of a book,multiple international photo awards and recognitions (www.flickr.com/photos/shatch) including magazine covers and displays at a movie premiere in Broadway and Hollywood; was an award winning TEDx speaker, Featured on HGTV (Log Cabin Living), on the cover of "Your Business at Home" a national magazine, and has played several roles in local TV commercials, radio, and billboards.
