REFUND POLICY: The Commemorative Air Force - Highland Lakes Squadron (CAF-HLS) and Bluebonnet Airshow make no guarantee that any advertised Performer shall make an appearance. Performers are subject to travel, maintenance issues, mechanical issues and weather that may prevent such appearance and are beyond the control of the CAF-HLS and Bluebonnet Airshow. Any reason, the aforementioned reasons not withstanding, the purchase of any and all tickets will be considered a donation to the Commemorative Air Force - Highland Lakes Squadron as a 501.c.3 organization, Tax ID number: 74-1484491. Your donation may be tax deductible, as may be permitted by law. Please consult your Tax Professional regarding this donation. Thank you for your support and understanding.

ACCESSIBILITY: While every effort is made to accomodate those with a disability, this event is exempt from ADA compliance. Shuttle services will be available from certian parking areas however such shuttles may not be equipped for your situation. We do not allow drop-n-park. There's simply not enough room to accommodate all the traffic. Please plan accordingly.

PET POLICY: The airport and airshow environment is not a place for our pets. The unusually loud noises and pyrotechnic explosions are not pet-friendly. Please leave Fido at home - no "purse pets". You will be asked to leave. Only certified ADA Service animals will be allowed. NO EXCEPTIONS. See ADA.gov for more information.

BAG POLICY: No large back packs or coolers allowed. There are Vendors on-site for all your physical needs. All bags and purses are subject to inspection.

WEAPONS POLICY: Texas Penal Section 30.07 is in effect. If you're not sure how this applies to you and this event, do not carry your weapon on your person inside or outside this venue. There will be plenty of police presence during the event.

RIDE SHARE: We do not have room to accomodate traffic drop offs on Airport grounds. Drop-offs will be redirected. If you Uber or Lyft, drop off behind the Fuel Station in the Free Parking areas.

FLY-INS: There is very limited airport parking. First served are Performer Support Aircraft. Check NOTAMS for waived airspace times and contact Crosby Flying Services at KBMQ for further assistance. NO SELF-SERVE FUEL AVAILABLE FRIDAY - SATURDAY. Truck sales only.

UMBRELLAS, CHAIRS & WAGONS: Due to contruction at the airport, seating is more limited this year. Please, if at all possible, no wagons. Strollers are allowed for small children, of course. Portable chairs are welcome however to be kind to the airshow enthusiast behind you we ask that you do not use sunshades or umbrellas. ABSOLUTELY NO POP-UP TENTS ALLOWED EXCEPT AS AUTHRORIZED BY THE AIRSHOW. Also, no chairs of any kind are allowed outside the gate in the Airport Static Display area (Tank, Artillary Gun and Aircraft), or near the cemetary and AWOS structure.
