2025 ASHTANGA VINYASA YOGA WINTER ESCAPE with Leigha Nicole

This playful week-long retreat with Leigha includes everything you might want from a yoga retreat!

The venue is the stunning Eco-Retreat center Xinalani (12 mi south of the Puerto Vallarta International Airport- PVR ) which is a tropical paradise only reachable by boat and is built above their secluded private beach.

The morning Mysore-Style Ashtanga Yoga Classes will be in a 1200 sq ft. temperature controlled yoga studio with lots of room to distance (our intimate retreat is limited to just 12) and has hardwood floors and is stocked with lots of props and quality Mankuka yoga mats (The owners of this retreat venue are yogis and so, have thought of everything we may need). Don't worry if you practice another style of yoga as Leigha will meet with you privately or over Zoom prior to the retreat to show you the basics based on your fitness needs. Beginners are most welcome!

Retreat goers will have plenty of time to relax and can swim, surf, snorkel and kayak all right below the rooms. For those desiring more activity, there are optional outings for additional fees that include: scuba diving (with Padi certification), guided snorkeling at a nearby coves, swimming with dolphins tour lead by a marine biologist, whale watching (they are raising their young in this bay during the dates of our retreat), jungle treks to waterfalls, ziplining, master chef cooking classes, temescal sweat ceremonies right on the sand, ice baths, salsa dancing classes, in-house massages and much more.

Early-Bird retreat fees start at $2250 for double occupancy and include:

* 7 Daily Mysore-Style Ashtanga Yoga classes (Beginner, Primary, Intermediate and Advanced practioners welcome!)

* 3 gourmet meals served buffet style daily. Most produce is procured from their large organic garden in the neighboring town. Vegetarian with fish and chicken options (A full service bar with beach service has cocktails, snacks, fresh coconuts, etc., and bar tabs can be paid via credit card upon check out).

* Coffee, tea, fruit and granola available before morning yoga practice and all day
