About this Event

Maj. Gen. Regena Aye, CAP's national commander, has declared 2025 as the "Year of Ownership." Learn how "extreme ownership" can enhance our leadership and operational effectiveness and gain valuable insights on how each member can contribute to this transformative journey.
Attend the 2025 Arizona Wing Conference to learn, network, and explore opportunities in Civil Air Patrol. Hear the latest updates from national headquarters, Southwest Region, Arizona Wing, and CAP-USAF. Participate in Level III and IV training modules to help get the promotion you're working on. Engage with your peers in workshops and breakout sessions for adults and cadets covering a range of CAP programs and activities. Ask questions and get answers from leaders in the know.
Our keynote speaker for the conference is retired USAF Brig. Gen. Robert G. (Gwyn) Armfield. During his nearly three decades in the Air Force, he served as the U.S. Central Command Vice Director for Strategy and Plans, Deputy Commanding General for U.S. and Coalition Special Operations Forces in Afghanistan, and commander of special operations units at the squadron, group, and wing level. Armfield earned the Spaatz Award as a CAP cadet and was commissioned in the Air Force upon graduation from The Citadel.
If you are a new member, broaden your CAP experience as you meet people who will introduce you to a world of experiences available to you. Do you want to learn about becoming part of an aircrew? Joining an incident management team? Working with cadets? Figuring out your CAP career options and goals? The wing conference is the place to make that happen. If you are a long-time member, catch up with old friends while you learn about what's new in CAP since our last wingwide gathering.
