Gather your Jumping Team, or just come to watch the spectacle! Raffles begin at Noon; Jumping starts at 2PM.The Annual STAR Splash is the STAR Foundation's biggest fundraiser. Jumpers gather pledges as teams or individuals, then take an icy plunge into the waters of the Wisconsin River just off the patio at Castaway's Bar & Grill. 50% of money raised goes to the Jumper's favorite non-profit; 50% goes to the STAR Foundation.
