Playcrafters will be holding our annual Membership Meeting, and we need YOU to attend!
At this meeting, we will be proposing new by-law changes, committee incentives, and more.
What: Annual Meeting
Date: Sunday, August 17th, 2025
Where: Playcrafters Barn Theatre | 4950 35th Ave Moline, IL
When: 12:30-2 PM (Social Hour/Potluck)
2-3PM (Please note this time may change due to discourse and voting.)
*Please bring a dish/snack to share during the social hour!
Membership requirements:
Any person eighteen (18) years of age or older may become a voting member of this organization who subscribes to these By-laws and who expresses a desire to further the objectives of this organization and participates in any facet of the organization's activities at least once during the fiscal year (Volunteered their time acting, working backstage, or helping in concessions, ushering, or box office).
