The time is almost here! Come celebrate and learn with us as we hone our skills making old-fashioned cane syrup, just as many of our ancestors did. We’ll squeeze the sugar cane starting in the morning and begin cooking the juice just before lunch. Syrup will be for sale all day this year. From 10am–2pm, you can also purchase a hearty lunch from Pops Chuckwagon (BBQ) and sweet desserts from Monster Cone Pensacola while you enjoy the festivities.
