Players playing in the Junior OLC may NOT sign up for the Open/BCDE events.

Entry Fees
Open Events: $80 for 1st event, $50 for additional events. (A $10 Technical Officials Fee per player is already included in entry fee). Please note that entry fee prices for Open players are not correctly reflected through the program.
B/C/D/E: $35 for 1st event and $30 for additional events.
*Payments must be made at time of registration to be a complete event. Failure to pay for 1 event will be marked invalid by the system.
Refunds: Entry fees will only be refunded if withdrawn before 3/14/25 11:59PM PDT. No entry fees will be refunded under any circumstances after that date.
Schedule of Play (Tentative)
Friday, March 21st 5PM-11PM All Open matches up to QF.
Saturday, March 22nd 9AM-11PM Open QFs (11AM) and Semis (5PM). BCDE Mixed Doubles
Sunday, March 23rd 9AM-11PM Open Finals starting at 11AM. BCDE Mens & Womens Doubles
1. The tournament will be conducted according to USAB and BWF regulations. All main round matches are best of 3 to 21 points. All consolation matches are 1 game to 21. There will be NO CONSOLATION for Open events.
2. A player not ready to play 10 minutes after their match is called may be defaulted. Consolation default time will be 5 minutes.
3. Max number of events is 4 per player. A player may not jump flight. (i.e. you can play B/C or C/D but not B/D or C/E).
4. You must play with the same partner if you sign up for multiple flights within an event in Open BCDE flights. Players making semis of the higher flight may a be kicked from the lower flight upon discretion of the tournament directors.
5. On court warm ups are restricted to 2 minutes.
6. We have the right to alter your events if we feel like you do not fit in the appropriate flights. Seeding and draws for BCDE and senior events are done by the tournament director. Seeding and Draws for Open events will be handled by USAB and/or its delegates. Seeding will be done per BWF/USAB Adult Rankings. Seeding for BCDE will be at the discretion of the tournament director.
7. Rest time for B/C/D/E events is limited to 15 minutes. There are no planned lunch/dinner breaks. Please plan your food runs accordingly with your match times. Or ask a friend to assist in getting you food/order your food with a delivery service accordingly.
8. BCDE Events may be capped at the discretion of the tournament director. Entries would be accepted by timestamp. Doubles entries are considered complete when both players sign up.
9. Players must sign up with their legal name shown on official documentation. We may ask to verify your ID before/during the tournament. Failure to do so will result in your removal of your entry WITHOUT a refund.
10. The Tournament Committee and Referee reserves the right to change and/or add to the above regulations.
Shuttlecocks
• Yonex Aerosensa 30s will be provided to all Open participants. All other flights must provide their own shuttles of tournament quality.
Awards: Medals/Trophies will be provided for Winners, Runner Ups & Consolation Winners
