4TUL Route 189路線為一次過跑晒4️⃣個sections，環繞港九新界一個圈。2025 4TUL 揀選咗被譽為最好玩嘅Section1️⃣(以逆走方向由油塘起步到終點大帽山)。大會對2025 4TUL賽事路線有多方面嘅考量，包括可否如過往單玩section。另外呢個賽事要跑晒港九新界，確實要多方面協調及審批，大家應該可以理解當中會有不少制肘，非一定能達成大家的期望!!

The 4TUL Route 189 route involves running through 4 sections, covering Hong Kong island, Kowloon, the New Territories. The 2025 4TUL race course will be Section 1, the most exciting section (in reverse eg start at Yau Tong and finish at Tai Mo Shan). Many factors came into play in this decision namely the wish of some for shorter distances, as well as approval, coordination and restriction issues!!
