This is a public performance in Scarborough and is as part of its annual Summerfest activities. The band will perform in a large tent adjacent to the high school tennis courts.
Music for the performance will be selected by the director in advance. Attire for the concert is the Maine Pops blue polo shirt, khaki slacks, shorts or skirts.
Band members must bring a chair and a music stand, along with their instruments and music. A stand light is highly recommended. Musicians are encouraged to use sunscreen, wear a hat and bring water.
Parking is available at the Wentworth School parking lot.
