INAUGURAL MEET OF THE YEAR 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️🚶‍♀️🚶‍♂️
Join us to start 2024 on the right foot with the ASICS Sound Mind Sound Body Crew! Our first run/walk of the year is happening this Thursday at 6am.
Meet at 5:55am outside Buoy Cafe in Westhaven Marina for a group run or leisurely walk along the water. We follow one of the city's most popular running routes whilst soaking up some of the most memorable sunrises. It's the perfect way to start your day!
New to running? We'd love to see you there. Our run club is all-inclusive and for runners at all levels. Distance and pace are up to you and our Captain, Freina Sands, will guide you on the morning, along with the rest of the SMSB Crew. Walking is also encouraged!
If your morning allows, stick around for a coffee and good chats or run off to work - these meets are open to your own schedule. We're looking forward to hitting the pavement with you!
