Registration link: https://sen.gov/LVQ77We are excited to announce this year’s Virginia Women’s Conference will be held at The Hotel Roanoke & Conference Center on Saturday, November 23rd! This conference is dedicated to providing a venue for Virginia women of all ages to meet, network, hear from experts on a variety of important topics, and gather resources from federal, state, and local agencies.
Our Keynote is Angie Kim, New York Times bestselling author, Edgar Award winner, and recipient of the 2024 Virginia Literary Award for Fiction for her most recent novel, Happiness Falls!
This event is free to all participants but registration is required as space is limited! And this year, we are asking attendees to participate in our Thanksgiving Food Drive. Please bring some of the following items as your admission to the conference to help Virginians in need. These items will be delivered to Feeding Southwest Virginia for distribution: Stuffing Mix (Stove Top stuffing); Canned Yams; other holiday meal items that are non-perishable; Peanut Butter; Canned Meats; Canned Vegetables; Canned Fruits; Beans; Rice; Pasta; Soup; 100% Juice
