Video: 8:30 am - 9 :00 am
Off Ice Training: 9:00 - 10:00 am
On Ice: 10:30 am - 11:50 am
Lunch: 12 - 12:45 pm
Presentation/Speaker: 1:00 - 1:45 pm
Video/Yoga: 1:45 pm - 2:30 pm
Power Skating/Puck Handling: 3:00 - 3:50 pm
End of Day: 4:00 pm
