Their Excellencies, Baron William and Baroness Lovet, are in search of new champions to safeguard the lands of St. Florian.Join the championships to prove your mettle, or come to be entertained by the spectacle. Then, settle in for a hearty evening feast.
A&S entrants are encouraged to enter this year's competition., with the A&S competition theme: 'Joy in all things'
Make something purple and/or white. Make something fun, something rich, or something you have tried to do for the first time.
The only real rule: Explain in a few words why it brings you joy.
All ages and skill levels are encouraged to enter the competition.
Judging will occur the Monday night prior to the baronial. The winners will be declared at closing court.
**Event Timetable**
Setup: 11.30am – 12.45pm
Gates open: 1pm
Opening Court: 1.30pm
Tournaments: 2 – 5pm
Rapier: 2pm – 3pm
Archery: 3pm – 4pm (Or earlier, if rapier is finished)
Armoured Combat: 4pm – 5pm (Or earlier, if archery is finished)
Arts & Sciences
A&S Competition entries on display for viewing (judging is done Monday 7 Oct at Fighter Practice Night)
Closing court: 5 or 6 PM
Feast: 6:30 PM (depending on readiness of kitchen)
Pack down: Outside pavilions will be packed down after closing court. Kitchen will be cleaned after feast is complete
