We are excited to be hosting our 2024 Spring Wine Dinner on Monday, May 20th from 7pm to 9:30pm. This Wine Dinner will feature four wines from the region of Piemonte. We will provide four courses as a pairing to the wines being offered, plus dessert. The courses will include:
Insalata: Insalata di Mare (Italian Seafood Salad with scallops, mussels, shrimp, roasted fennel, kalamata olives, and lemon zest) paired with Broccardo Langhet DOC Arneis
Antipasti: Tartare di Pomodoro (tomato tartar with garlic aioli and topped with alfalfa sprouts) paired with Broccardo Dolcetto D’Alba DOC
Primo: Tajarin with a white wine, sausage, and 'nduja ragu topped with grated Toma cheese paired with Broccardo Barbera D’Alba DOC
Secondo: Brasato al Barolo (beef slow cooked in barolo) over Risotto alla Rocchetta paired with Broccardo I Tre Pais Barolo DOCG
Dolce: Espresso Gelato topped with Cherry Liquor and Cocoa Nibs paired with Gio's House Hazelnut-cello
The cost of the dinner, including wine pairings, is $130 per person before tax and gratuity. Reservations are required; reservations can be made by phone, email, or at Resy.com (link in our bio!).
Bottles of wine can be ordered for purchase at a special discounted price. A description of the wines and the price per bottle will be provided at the dinner.
For those who are vegetarian or have allergies, we have substitutions available. Please let us know if accommodations are needed when making your reservation.
