Join us in welcoming Santa to the City of Kyle on Sunday, Dec. 1 from 4-9 PM at Mary Kyle Hartson City Square Park, 101 S. Burleson St. Bring your family and friends for the official kick-off to the Holidays in Kyle. Since 1999, the city has invited Santa to Mary Kyle Hartson City Square Park to be a part of the downtown tree-lighting event, and he's been at every one since! Come enjoy holiday music performed by local school choirs and bands, photos with Santa, a gingerbread house competition for all ages, free kids activities, and get a head start on Christmas shopping with our festive food and holiday market vendors.

Pictures with Santa:
Santa will be available for FREE pictures. Pictures must be taken with your own personal camera or device. A professional photographer will not be present. The doors will open at 4:00 p.m. and the line will be cut off at a certain point at 8 p.m. but other Santa photo opportunities will be available in December.
Street Closures and Parking:
Starting at 8 a.m. and going until 10 p.m. on Dec. 1 the following streets will be closed for the event:
- Burleson Street from Center Street to Miller Street
- Miller Street from Burleson Street to Main Street
- Main Street from Center Street to Miller Street
Parking for the event will be available on adjacent streets downtown.
Apply to be a Vendor:
Come help us ring in the holiday season at Santa’s Arrival in downtown Kyle. This is a great opportunity to promote your organization, while also providing a fun and safe event for the citizens of Kyle. Please be advised it could take up 2 business days to process your application. ALL PAYMENTS MUST BE MADE WITHIN 5 BUSINESS DAYS FROM APPROVAL. Failure to do so will result in the cancelation of your application.
