2024 Polo at Sunset- Timmy Global Health & Circle City Clubhouse

Come out for an evening of family fun at Hickory Hall Polo Club. Relax and unwind while you watch Indiana's finest ponies and players compete, and then stomp the divots between periods. Bring your family and friends out for music, silent auction, airplane candy drop, and other fun activities to help raise money for Timmy Global Health and Circle City Clubhouse. Drive in by the carload for general admission, (bring your own lawn chairs or blankets) or purchase any of our group tickets for a reserved "box" and VIP parking, along with other perks.

Goal Sponsor ($2,000): Includes recognition for your group in event promotion and at the event, admission and VIP parking for three vehicles, two tailgate tables for your group with Hors d'oeuvres, water, and soft drinks. Barn tour with Champagne toast at 5:15pm. Company logo with link on website for one year.

Divot Sponsor ($1,000): Includes recognition for your group in event promotion and at the event, admission and VIP parking for two vehicles, one tailgate table for your group with Hors d'oeuvres, water, and soft drinks. Included admission, VIP parking with car tag for VIP entrance for two vehicles for your group. Company logo on signage and on printed program. Barn tour at 5:15pm. General Admission: $40.00 per vehicle.

Gates open at 5:00 p.m. and the match starts at 6:00. Bring your own chairs, food, and drinks if you wish as tailgating is encouraged! (No grills please at the request of Hickory Hall Polo Club).
