In our journey through life, we need a safe place to share and to release our emotions. A place where we can grow and develop our humanity without feeling judged, criticized, or bullied. And to have our voice heard. Circle is a place where people come together to share their life's knowledge, wisdom and pains with each other so that we heal together.
What is a facilitator's role in a circle?
PI is providing the opportunity for those who are interested to learn how to lead and manage, run and create a circle to join this upskilling program. With your support, we hope to give people this valuable life skill.
2024 Pi Upskilling retreat is designed for those interested to become a circle facilitator and to run their own circle
objective:
1. Learn how to conduct a circle session.
2. Learn about group dynamics.
3. Gain useful leadership skills.
4. Learn how to elicit wisdom from the group.
Who may be suitable to join?
Those who need to teach, guide, mentor, coach, lecture and lead people in their daily lives each day.
