2024 New Years Eve CommUnity Reflection, Journaling, Sound Healing

New Years Eve!

This is for anyone who wants to intentionally reflect on their year and bring closure to the year with loving kindness- choosing to celebrate the struggles, happiness, joy, difficulties, lessons and everything in between.

We will take some time to journal about the year, reflect on all the things that happened and then, if we choose, to share about it. Then we will go into a Sound Healing to integrate all this year held for us.

If you would like, Please bring something from this year that is meaningful for the Alter. A photograph, a book, anything relatively small and memorable.

After this, there will be an optional Energy Healing Circle for anyone who would like to stay and connect collectively for their personal healing or expansion.

The Sound experience will include the power of Crystal singing bowls, Chimes, Gongs, and other healing instruments, which will surround you with the healing frequencies of sound and vibration. You will be guided into a meditative state so that you can deeply rest and reset your nervous system in a safe and peaceful enviroment.

No experience necessary- all are welcome! Come as you are, with an open mind and a willingness to explore the transformative power of sound. Not Suitable for Children.

📍yoga mat, pillow, pen and two cozy blankets. A few will be provided at the space.
