OVERVIEW:
Expect the unexpected. Expect to be surprised and delighted with offerings that are as unique as the configuration of those who show up that day. Classes are unscripted and designed to pull you into the present moment.
Our practice has consistent elements but is "never the same thing twice" and is composed of creative and intuitive sequencing. There will often be .
Classes are designed to include some 1:1 coaching, occasional partner work, as well as optional adjusts and assists for those who are regular.
Ultimately, this community exists for you to find a classroom experience that is welcoming and more refreshing than you'd find at normal gym or studio.
You'll be stepping into and surrounded by a truly caring and supportive sangha. One that helps welcome and encourage you on your own spiritual journey.
Yes, you will learn how to breathe and move freely in your body, face your current constraints and test your capacity... Motivated to live healthy, feel more vibrant and fully alive by seeing who and how you are. You'll meet new people who care to inspire and love you for who you are now...
