2024 Minority Mental Health & Wellness Resource Fair

Welcome to the 2024 Minority Mental Health & Wellness Resource Fair! Join us in person at The African American Community Service Agency for a day filled with valuable resources and support for mental health and wellness in all minority communities. In addition to racial, ethnic or cultural resources, you can also connect with mental health and wellness vendors like NAMI, The Q-Corner, Know-A-Vet, Bay Area Older Adults, The Downtown Youth Wellness Center, Santa Clara County Behavioral Health Services and many many more... to discover new tools and resources to help you learn how to prioritize your well-being. In 2021 the Minority Mental Health event began as a way to bring mental health awareness to an underserved community during the pandemic. Many of these communities experienced everyday stressors like no other. Much of the demographic was already unfamiliar with mental health care and what to do for themselves and their families when in a crisis.

The community event quickly became an event where a large number of mental health organizations throughout Santa Clara County came together to provide awareness through services and resources available beyond this one-day event.

The 2024 Minority Mental Health & Wellness Resource Fair (The Event) formerly hosted by Hellyer Neighborhood Association will be held this year at The African American Community Service Agency (The Agency). The Agency is one of The Event sponsors, along with past vendors like NAMI, NAACP, and many more mental health, wellness, and community organizations. Our goal over the last few years was to make this a community-wide event.
