Join us for the 4th Annual Northeast Florida Branch Mingle and Be Merry Holiday Social at Culhane's Irish Pub on Southside Avenue. Municipal employees are welcome to attend as guests of APWA NEFL at no charge! Check-in begins at 4:30 p.m. and the party will start at 5. Ticket price includes heavy appetizers and two drinks of your choice.
