Launched in 2013, the Meshugge CrossFit Summer Melee is an outdoor CrossFit competition of co-ed teams of 4 (2 males & 2 females). Our comp features events that take place on turf, grass, and in our 50m Olympic size pool, utilizing traditional barbell, dumbbell, and body weight movements in addition to odd objects. Divisions include: Rx, Intermediate, and Scaled - View Standards For Each. DJ Rich Linden is the emcee for the event with games & prizes for spectators plus local vendors to meet.We offer cash prizes for podium placements in Rx and Intermediate divisions, with prize packs for podium placements in Scaled.
