Baltimore Built Strength & Conditioning will be hosting our 2024 Memorial Day "Murph" on Monday 5/27/24."Murph” is a Hero WOD named after Navy Lieutenant Michael Murphy, who was killed in Afghanistan June 28th, 2005. Lt Murphy was awarded the Congressional Medal of Honor after his death. The workout was one of Mike’s favorites and gyms everywhere do it annually on Memorial Day.
Registration for this year's event is $25 per person with a portion of the proceeds going to the Wounded Warrior Project. Learn more about the Wounded Warrior Project by visiting http://www.woundedwarriorproject.org/.
We will be running two heats. Heat times are 8am and 10am. Each heat will be capped at 30 people. You must register and pay on WodTogether prior to checking into a heat time. Once you are registered and paid you can choose your heat time and check in, also on WodTogether.
