About this Event
The Leggee PTA is pleased to announce our 13th Annual Leggee Holiday Craft Fair & Bake Sale!
SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 23, 2024
9:00 am-2:00pm
With over 150 crafters and vendors last year, our event keeps getting bigger and better each year! This is such a great show, attended by over 1,400 people last year. There is absolutely something for everyone. All proceeds from this event will benefit Leggee Elementary and its programs and the event is open to the public, heavily attended by the families of District 158 and the surrounding communities. We are proud to support the Grafton Food Pantry by providing free admission to all guests who make a monetary or non-perishable food donation at the door.
(This event fills us quickly, don't wait.)
WHO CAN PARTICIPATE:
All types of arts & crafts are welcome at the Leggee Holiday Craft Fair. Crafts must be handcrafted.
NEW THIS YEAR!!! INSURANCE REQUIREMENT:
As a means of ensuring all vendors, food trucks, groups, organizations, etc. have general liability insurance, Huntley District 158 is requiring all groups to provide a certificate of liability insurance (COI), naming Huntley Community School District 158, 650 Dr. John Burkey Drive, Algonquin, IL 60102 as the certificate holder/additional insured. A COI can be obtained by contacting your agent at the insurance company who insures your business or home.
All Vendors/ Businesses must submit a certificate of insurance due on Nov 1. Copy to be emailed to [email protected].
Crafters (non-business, independents) must sign a Waiver of Liability and Hold Harmless Agreement , this will be supplied after registration.)
PHOTO REQUIREMENT:
All Crafters must submit photos of their work and a specific description of the items they intend to sell to [email protected].
DIRECT SALES BUSINESSES (i.e., Tupperware, Stella & Dot, Tastefully Simple, etc.):
A limited number will be allowed in the show. This is a very strict policy. Because we are a craft show, it is only fair to our crafters to have a limited number of DSB vendors. Vendors will be grouped together in one location. If you do not hand make your items you will be considered a Vendor.
NOTE TO DIRECT SALES BUSINESSES:
Before registering, you must contact Jamie or Brittany , our Craft Chair, at [email protected]. We only allow one (1) vendor from each company.
SERVICE PROVIDERS (i.e, chiropractors, roofers, siding installers, etc.):
Our craft fair is a "holiday" craft fair intended to provide our community an opportunity to shop with crafters and other vendors for holiday gift giving and such. In keeping with that spirit, we do not allow general service providers to participate at this fair.

9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
