We at Building Lives Through Sports Network in conjunction with the Perform To Perfection Academy INC would like to invite you and your student-athlete(s) to participate in the annual Kentuckiana College Camp Tour.

Cost:

• Parent/Guardian/Coach: $250 (NON REFUNDABLE)
• Student-Athlete Full Tuition: $450 (*PAYMENT PLAN OPTIONS AVAILABLE. SEE BELOW*)

Payment Plan Options (NON REFUNDABLE):

• Student-Athlete "January" Payment Plan Tuition: $100 (Full payment due May 17th)
• Student-Athlete "February" Payment Plan Tuition: $125 (Full payment due May 17th
• Student-Athlete "March" Payment Plan Tuition: $167 (Full payment due May 17th)
• Student-Athlete "April" Payment Plan Tuition: $250 (Full payment due May 17th)

STUDENT-ATHLETES ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL CAMP FEES!!

THIS CAMP TOUR IS OPEN TO ALL PROSPECTS IN THE CLASS OF 2025-2028.

• Quarterbacks MUST bring their own ball

• Sportsmanship
• Discipline
