Come join us for our annual fall long weekend event! The main event starts Saturday morning in Bowling Green, but the party starts on Thursday, October 24th in Downtown Nashville. Here’s a rough itinerary, we will be dialing in the details as the event gets closer
-Thursday, October 24th-
2:00pm - Meet at Barstool Nashville on 2nd Avenue to do some bar hopping, shopping, etc. We’ll make our way to Robert’s Western World for an afternoon snack and beverages.
6:00pm - Dinner at Assembly Food Hall on Broadway. Lots of restaurants to chose from and eat in a common area.
7pm-3am - More bars, shopping, karaoke, etc.
-Friday, October 25th-
10:30am - Brunch location TBD
12:30pm - Cruise to Bowling Green, KY
2:00pm - Mammoth Cave tour, go karts, Corvette Museum, etc.
5:30pm - Swap meet / parking lot party at Tru Hotel
8:00pm - Dinner at Smokey Bones or Pub ny NOVO (TBD)
10:00pm - Hotel party outside Tru Hotel. Jenga and other games
-Saturday, October 26th-
10am - Meet at our premeet spot, 600 US 31W, Bowling Green, KY. We roll out at precisely 11am. Please be on time so we can line up by color, you can do your last minute car cleaning while waiting to roll out. ***these times may change as IA staff releases times
2:00pm - Cookout
3:00pm - KATA limbo contest, exhaust competition, awards presentation, etc
4:00pm - Raffle
4:30pm - Group pic. Don’t miss this!!
9:00pm - Pizza party at Tru Hotel / hotel party. We go all night, let’s see who’s the last one standing!
