2024 Jonathan "JD" De Guzman Memorial Scholarship Luncheon

FALEO San Diego (Fil-am Law Enforcement Officers Association) annually presents the JD Scholarship, a heartfelt tribute to the memory of fallen SDPD Officer Jonathan "JD" Deguzman.
