IGNITE Teams is a one-day team-building experience at Light & Life Christian Fellowship in Long Beach. IGNITE Teams is the product of a number of veteran youthworkers from many churches & organizations. It is designed to empower you & your young leaders to create a ministry plan to change their world.

CHOOSE from 3 team training tracks

- CAMPUS TRACK will empower your student leadership team to create a ministry plan to reach out & make a difference on your campus.

- COMMUNITY TRACK will empower your student leadership team to create a ministry plan to reach out & make a difference in your community.

- CHURCH TRACK will empower your student leadership team to create a ministry plan to reach out & make a difference in your church.
