2024 Holiday Breakfast for Sickle Cell Families

The MTS Sickle Cell Foundation will host its 8th annual holiday breakfast as part of its yearly initiative to raise awareness about sickle cell disease as well as support families affected by this life-threatening disease.

Every year, the foundation takes this opportunity to gather families together, have breakfast, listen to beautiful holiday music, take photos with Santa, distribute toys to sickle cell patients and their siblings, and more.

Over 5000 toys have been distributed to families affected by Sickle Cell Disease over the last 8 years.

“The Foundation's Holiday Breakfast has become an important annual event to bring much needed support to the sickle cell community and I am very grateful for the support of our sponsors, volunteers, family and friends who have helped make this event possible. The cause is a very worthy one. Sickle cell disease needs a lot of awareness and families who are affected by this disease need a lot of support,” says Mapillar Dahn, Founder of MTS Sickle Cell Foundation.
