The Oʻahu Heart Walk is the American Heart Association’s premier family event in the Honolulu area, bringing together about 5,000 people from the community each year.
Heart Walk has always been a great way to get moving while socializing with friends, family and co-workers. But it's much more than just a walk. Participating in the Heart Walk boosts your heart health AND mental health while helping millions of others at the same time.
The event raises money to fund cardiovascular research and education, advocate for health, and save lives. Be a supporter of critical research. Be a community energizer. Be a champion. Be a lifesaver.
There will be free health screenings, CPR and stroke awareness demonstrations, and keiki health activities and games available for participating guests.
