2024 Gillette Partners in Care Conference: Connecting Primary and Specialty Care in the Treatment of Complex Pediatrics
The 2024 Gillette Children's Partners in Care Conference is designed for primary care physicians and other medical professionals that care for, and treat, complex pediatric patients. The conference is designed to enhance communication and collaboration between specialty and primary care. This is a VIRTUAL and FREE conference.
CME Credit Designation: 5.0 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™

Learning Objectives:
At the end of this educational activity, participants should be able to:
- Apply knowledge and best practices in the clinical care of complex pediatric patients.
- Implement co-management of care with complex pediatric patients.
