Our Annual Toy Shop in Fort Collins will provide gifts to up to 500 children. Each child will receive a new toy from the larger toy area, a new toy from the smaller toy area, a stuffed animal and a wooden toy car if available.
1. This event is first come, first served. It will end at 12pm or when we run out of toys.
2. A survey will be given to you the day of and must be completed to enter the toy shop.
3. A birth certificate from anywhere is REQUIRED along with a parent's photo ID.
**a copy of the birth certificate is fine.
**if you do not have a birth certificate for your child, you may bring a letter on letterhead from a school, a doctor's office or social service agency that shows your name, the child's name and their date of birth.
**if you receive government benefits & can login into your account at the event and have your name, the names of your children and their dates of birth in that system, this will work. Birth certificates are ideal and easier.
4. You may only shop for your children at this event or children you have legal custody of.
