The 2024 Annual Gathering of the Florida Conference of the United Church of Christ will take place Oct. 17-19 at the Wyndham / Wyndham Garden Lake Buena Vista Disney Springs Resort. This year's theme is "Flowing in the Spirit." In addition to other invited guests and friends, and our new Transitional Conference Minister Rev. Nayiri Karjian, we are excited to have Rev. Vince Amlin, co-pastor of Bethany United Church of Christ in Chicago, joining us as our keynote speaker. Vince is also a member of the National Setting's God Is Still Speaking,®: The Writers’ Group.
Registration for the 2024 Annual Gathering costs $125, including the optional pre-event and poolside reception Thursday and the Friday banquet. If you wish to attend the banquet only, the cost is $65.

Thursday, Oct. 17
1-4 p.m. Facilitated conversation with Florida Conference ministry partners, ministry staff and more!
5-6:30 p.m. Reception at poolside Fire Pit Patio with light appetizers and soft drinks
Friday, Oct. 18
7:30 a.m. Registration/check-in desk opens
9 a.m. Opening worship followed by workshops and Business Plenary
Noon Lunch
1 p.m. Workshops, keynote address and Business Plenary
6:30 p.m. Banquet
Saturday, Oct. 19
9 a.m.-noon Business Plenary with votes followed by closing worship

We've secured discounted room blocks at the Wyndham Lake Buena Vista Disney Springs Resort and the directly adjacent Wyndham Garden Lake Buena Vista Disney Springs Resort. Rooms at the Wyndham come with two queen beds for $145 per night plus a discounted resort fee of $28 per night. Rooms at the Wyndham Garden come with two double beds for $119 per night plus a discounted resort fee of $28 per night. If you wish to take advantage of these discounted rates, you must register by Sept. 15.
Gated self-parking is available at a special group rate of $18 plus tax per night per vehicle for overnight guests. Valet parking is available for $28 plus tax per night per vehicle. Event parking is $15 plus tax per day.
If you do not need accommodations for the Gathering, the deadline for online registration is Oct. 15. After that, you may register at the Gathering starting at 7:30 a.m. on Friday, Oct. 18.
