Looking for vendors for our Fall Vendor Show this November 16th from 9am to 1pm.A registration contract and non refundable payment is required to reserve a vendor space. Both contract and payment needs to be in by November 1, 2024. No exceptions.
10x10 space is provided, and will vary by one to two feet depending on where you select to be.
Space is assigned the day of as a first come, first serve
A 6ft or 8ft table can be provided for an additional cost of $5/table. Chairs can be provided for an additional cost of $1/chair. Please notify by Nov 1st if you need either pieces of equipment so we can plan accordingly.
Set up is at 7:30am and teardown is at 1pm
Water is not accessible. Electricity depends on where you are located and won't be guaranteed as spaces come on a first come first serve basis.
Mount Pleasant Golf & Country Club is the location and where all checks can be made out to.
MPG&CC markets and advertises the fall vendor show to members and local Facebook groups. Vendors are encouraged to advertise on their own as well.
