Join us for the 2024 Essex Garden Tour, a collaborative effort between Essex Town and Essex Junction gardeners and Friends of the Essex Free Library. Now in our second year, the Essex Garden Tour will feature beautiful gardens in the Town & City with proceeds to benefit the Essex Free Library. ***Seeking Garden Hosts***
A garden tour is nothing without gracious hosts opening their growing spaces for others to learn from and enjoy! We are seeking diversity in types of gardens and features, and you do not have to have "W**d-free perfection" in order to be included. Message us if you are interested!
Examples of types of gardens we wish to include this year:
-perennial beds
-shade gardens
-herbs
-vegetables
-other edibles (fruits, berries)
-natives
-bird and pollinator attractions
-lawn substitutes
-water features
-stone walls
-rock gardens
-container gardens & condo/patio/small spaces
-yours to name, show us your creativity!
