We are excited to see you bright and early on Thanksgiving morning for the ninth annual Dave Cain Strong 5k! This year we’re collecting donations for the Cougar Care Food and Clothing Pantry, located at the Burger Transition Center in Garden City. The Cougar Care Food and Clothing Pantry is an incredible, multi-faceted program run by students with special needs (teens and young adults with learning disabilities and autism diagnoses). As part of their courses, students organize donations and work the pantry, assisting neighbors in need. This program has become an important staple in the Garden City community and we are eager to support their mission, especially in the weeks leading up to Christmas.
