The Curwood Classic is back again for 2024! This year, the test features the three main powerlifts (bench, deadlift, back squat) and one bonus event. The person whose total is the highest within their division will be crowned "Curwood's Strongest!"This year, our bonus event will be the Axle Bar Ground to Overhead. Some may choose to clean & jerk it, others will use grit and determination! All events will be indoors. Event format and rules will be published on April 15th.
All participants will follow the Sinclair method, which means your bodyweight is factored into your overall total.
