FAQs
Is this for Condominiums or Homeowners Associations? This particular class is for Condominiums but don't worry, we will be hosting an upcoming HOA class soon.
Who should attend? This class is taught as an entry level to condominiums concepts. However, we do get into specific tips, issues, tricks, policy suggestions, etc. There is no minimum knowledge or understanding required to attend. :)
Should I attend in person or virtually? In-person attendance is generally preferred, but space is limited to 15 people. The interaction and dynamics of the class in person are second to none. However, we know that's not an option for everybody, and we have great conference video and audio technology that makes virtual attendance highly valuable. If you attend virtually, you'll get all the same materials and be able to interact with everybody virtually and in person. We promise significant value for all attendees, whether in person or virtually.
Is there a cost to attend? The class is free and provided as a courtesy.
Will food be provided? Beverages (coffee, soda, water) are provided but you may bring your own snacks, if you prefer.
