Objectives
1. Identify 3 types of life transitions that may be stressful and have the potential to negatively impact a person’s mental health.
2. Describe three reasons why life transitions can be stressors and can negatively impact a person’s mental health.
3. Identify at least 3 VA and/or community resources or services that may help a person reduce the stress of their life transitions.

VA and Community Vendor Organizations with Resources and Individuals open to chatting about their lived experiences of various life transitions will be available as well.
CEUs:
Continuing education will be made available for physicians, social workers, psychologists, clinical counselors, and registered nurses, pending approval.
ALL registrants must be registered through Eventbrite to attend the Summit. To receive CEUs as well, you MUST create an account in TMS and resister for the appropriate sessions.
